ABOUT ME

I arrived in Aotearoa in 2020. I have recently delivered creative workshops for Whakaata Māori and Auckland Yoga Academy, as well as facilitating independent voice, art and movement workshops across Auckland with an emphasis on wellbeing. I currently work for Māpura Studios, who offer inclusive, multi- modal art classes and arts therapy programmes for people of all ages, diversity and need, as well as the wider community. I also work for Dance Therapy NZ (a registered charitable trust that provides mental health and disability services) and The Kindness Institute (a kaupapa Māori and tikanga driven resilience and mental health program based on Te Whare Tapa Whā framework). In 2022 I completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Creative Arts Therapy and accepted onto the Masters in Creative Arts Therapy (Clinical) at Whitecliffe the following year, which I am currently studying.
